Three persons working for the Russian TV channel NTV were seriously injured on Thursday in the Donbass city of Gorlovka as a result of a Ukrainian attack, according to the city’s mayor.
Journalist Aleksey Ivliev and two members of the crew filming for NTV were rushed to hospital after being injured during a work assignment in the settlement, Ivan Prihodko wrote on social media.
Gorlovka is located in Donetsk People’s Republic, roughly 30 kilometers north of the Russian region’s capital, Donetsk.
TASS news agency, citing doctors, reported that the three press workers remained unresponsive and were all undergoing surgery.
